Interpersonal Women’s Therapy Process Group
September 12-November 21
Thursdays from 3:30pm-5pm
This is a weekly women’s therapy group which will meet for 10 weeks. A ten week commitment is required to maintain cohesiveness. The cost is $60 per session and may be covered by your health insurance as an out of network group therapy session.
This group is limited to 8 members and meets at 6800 France Ave. Edina.
This group is meant to be a therapy process group and is led by two seasoned psychotherapists. We will focus on depression and/or anxiety related to health, work/career, relationship difficulties, divorce or other life transitions. There is an intake required for the group which is 30 minutes long at no cost. Being in your own on-going individual therapy is a requirement to be in this group. As an update, please know I’m back in the office seeing people in person. But I still see many people online on my telehealth platform as well. You determine what’s best for you. Many people opt for online with the option to come into the office occasionally or vice versa. Just please let me know if you have any questions.
